About Xsmall
Xsmall is the independent online marketplace operated under the Xsmall name at xs-mall.shop. Xsmall does not claim to be a division, partner or official service of another retailer, social network, exchange, bank, lender or logistics company. Product names and trademarks shown in catalog listings belong to their respective owners.
No loan or credit service
Xsmall does not offer, arrange or advertise consumer loans, merchant loans or credit. Do not provide an identity document, banking credential or payment for a loan in the name of Xsmall. Historical loan pages from a legacy template have been disabled and their submission API is not available.
Privacy and identity verification
We process only information needed to provide marketplace services. Depending on the feature used, this can include an account identifier, authentication data, contact details, delivery addresses, order and support messages, payment-method selections, and seller-application information.
Seller identity documents
ID or passport images are requested only when a person intentionally applies to become a seller. They are used for application review, fraud prevention and account administration, and are available only to authorized Xsmall administration staff. They are not requested for a loan or general browsing.
Your choices
Do not submit an application if you do not want this information processed. To request access, correction or deletion, contact Xsmall through the official in-platform support path and state that the message is a privacy request. Legal, fraud-prevention and transaction-record duties may require limited retention.
Never send passwords, one-time codes, private keys or complete payment credentials in a chat message.
Seller onboarding and terms
The seller form is operated by Xsmall and is only for marketplace onboarding. Approval is not guaranteed. There is no guaranteed sales volume, profit, commission or return. Sellers should review the full terms before consenting and should use only the official Xsmall seller application.
Delivery and XS-Express tracking
After an eligible order is marked shipped, Xsmall generates an XS-Express tracking number. Checkpoints shown in the order timeline are marketplace records entered by authorized administrators; they are not an independent carrier GPS feed. A delivered event is shown only after the buyer confirms receipt.
Returns and refunds
Return eligibility depends on the order state, item condition, product type and the applicable seller/platform review. Start a request from the authenticated order page or official customer service. Xsmall does not claim walk-in stores, collection points or warehouses in countries where none have been verified. Refund timing depends on the approved request and the payment method actually used.
Account and payment security
- Use only
https://xs-mall.shop;www.xs-mall.shopredirects to it. - Xsmall does not require an APK, browser extension, remote-access tool or software download to shop or apply as a seller.
- Do not enter an Xsmall password on another domain and do not send it to customer service.
- Do not make an off-platform transfer based only on a chat message. Verify payment instructions inside the authenticated order or wallet screen.
- Administration and customer-service staff logins are separate from buyer and seller login pages.
Official contact
Use the Xsmall customer-service entry on xs-mall.shop. Xsmall has no official support page on an unrelated domain. For privacy or security reports, begin the message with "Privacy request" or "Security report" so it can be routed correctly.
